With years of hands-on experience in biotech labs and facility operations in Switzerland, I understand how scientific teams actually function. I have built lab structures, negotiated supplier contracts, supported hiring processes and worked inside quality-driven environments.
Labfluence was created to bridge operational reality with strategic growth. I bring practical insight to talent strategy, lab setup and market positioning so scientific teams grow in a structured and sustainable way.

I lead marketing, digital strategy and workflow architecture at Labfluence. My focus is on building structured communication systems that make scientific work visible, clear and measurable.
